Ode to Andrea Palladio

Architectural Style: Palladian Italian Transitional Villa

Our Design is not a style, nor is it nostalgia. It is a way of building that is based on common sense and innovation. It is the evolution of the best of what has come before into something that is not only practical and beautiful for today but timeless for the future.

Our design process is made up of seven phases: pre-design, schematic design, design development, construction documents, building permits, bidding, negotiation, and construction administration. These phases put realistic deliverables and deadlines in place.
